Archive policy
Cite precisely. Preserve context.
This archive is historical documentation, not an offer of business, registered-agent, investment or professional services.
Citation practice
Each record supplies a corporate or personal author, document year where established, title, document type and source locator. Distinguish a tax year from preparation, filing and archive-publication dates. Cite underlying documents as supplied records; cite the archive page separately when describing its interpretation.
Rights and access
Public access is not a blanket copyright license or permission to republish third-party documents. Rights remain with their respective holders. Preserve limitations, redaction notices and disputed status when quoting.
Corrections
Corrections receive a dated entry, source reference, explanation and superseding record where needed. Prior releases remain in governed version history; record IDs are not recycled. A later summary does not silently rewrite an earlier source.
Evidence limits
Source review is not an audit, legal opinion, filing-acceptance confirmation or validation of every claim. Founder accounts and unsigned memoranda are explicitly labeled. No independently verified participant total or lifetime financial-impact metric is asserted.
