The next sources to preserve

An intake lead is not a verified public fact. These entries identify evidence still needed to complete the record.

Customer accounting roster

A retained accounting customer list with 40 populated, exact-name-unique rows. Includes clients, individuals, partners, and affiliated entities.

Limit: Not 40 independently verified entrepreneurs or 40 companies formed. Look At Me Group LLC / LookAtMe Group LLC is a likely duplicate; E-Vision and affiliated entities appear. Contacts and balances are private.

Next source: Preserve privately; normalize entities and join engagements, filings, invoices, photos, and video evidence before computing any impact count.

Historical client and facility photographs

Certificate presentations, handshakes at center signage, office whiteboard, recording studio, training/branding graphics, and historical logos.

Limit: Names in filenames are unverified labels, not identity findings. EXIF modification dates are not capture dates. One exact binary duplicate pair; additional cropped or edited versions depict the same scene. Graphics and stock-style assets are not event evidence.

Next source: Select dated originals; record caption, event, role, photographer, and publication permission; deduplicate scenes. Do not count photos as separate clients.

All-dates bookkeeping reports

P&L is cash basis, generated December 27, 2025. Total income $69,332.87; service/fee subtotal $97,295.13 before discounts and other adjustments; net loss $9,631.43.

Limit: All Dates does not independently establish lifetime coverage. Reconciliation discrepancies appear; no audit assurance. Different subtotals must not be interchanged.

Next source: Preserve as bookkeeping context; document date bounds and reconcile with bank, ledger, and tax sources before any lifetime revenue claim.

Ownership negotiation and governance-work chronology

Participant messages document transfer conditions, a proposed 50/50 arrangement, ownership-packet assembly, and bookkeeping coordination. Abbreviation table identifies BC as Business Center.

Limit: Proposals are not completed transfers. Posted pasted/AI-formatted analysis is not counsel/CPA opinion. Saved CPA email is a draft, not proof sent or accepted. Jan. 9 retail-store/SBA message 76025367019524 concerns Orchid/property operations and must not be used as EVBC operating-history evidence.

Next source: Preserve full private export; cite record IDs, author attribution, context, and timestamps in any internal chronology. Seek executed instruments.

LP and corporation relationship: conflicting accounts

Draft explicitly describes LP and corporation as separate and denies statutory conversion, merger, or assignment. Useful evidence of the drafting position taken at that time.

Limit: Founder account describes an LP-to-corporation conversion. Draft labels such as verifiable fact or conclusive record are not verification. Source formation/LP instruments have not been examined here.

Next source: Retain both accounts with attribution; retrieve original LP agreement, profit-sharing agreement, Articles, tax returns, and any conversion/assignment records before resolving terminology.

Ownership-transfer and filing originals: retrieval leads

Metadata references ownershiptransfer_evisionbusinesscenter.pdf (March 26, 2026; 2,052,953 bytes), January 15, 2026 downloaded entity document, earlier entity PDF, and secretary cancellation/reissuance certificate.

Limit: Attachment bytes not reviewed. Transfer filename does not establish signatures, effective date, assignee, or execution. Exact Drive searches did not locate the transfer; an unauthenticated attachment URL returned 404. This does not show the original is absent from the account.

Next source: Highest retrieval priority: obtain transfer PDF, board approval, signed assignment, cancelled/reissued certificates and certified ledger; inspect actual signatures and effective dates.

Closure-planning note and corporate strategy draft

Documents closure planning and proposed governance/program structures.

Limit: AI-formatted checklist and unsigned strategy are not proof of filed dissolution, tax acceptance, legal compliance, actual programs, or executed ownership. Draft strategy’s proposed 50/50 structure is not independently operative.

Next source: Keep as private drafting history; seek accepted dissolution filing and actual adopted instruments. Do not reuse legal/tax conclusions as advice.

Yelp business-listing source — content verification pending

Preserves a user-supplied Yelp source reference for subsequent archival capture. No Yelp review or listing-content claim has been verified.

Limit: Yelp blocked automated retrieval through robots.txt. Two search systems did not return usable content from this exact listing. Business identity, address, history, photographs, reviewer names, text, dates, rating, review count, and open/closed status remain unverified. URL path alone is not a verified entity match. The supplied uid query parameter is not treated as an individual review ID.

Next source: Capture the listing heading, address, About/History section, photos with captions/dates, and expanded reviews with names/dates/ratings; include owner responses separately. Distinguish owner-supplied listing copy from customer testimony. Check repeated reviewers/text/photos across Yelp and Google before counting independent corroboration.
