A clear account of the transition.

The archive preserves historical work while corporate records are assembled and reconciled.

Founder account

Jermaine Whiteside reports signing over shares and assisting John Bryant with dissolution work. The precise legal transferee and effective date require the executed instruments.

What the retained records establish

Tax returns contain differing ownership descriptions. The 2023 Schedule G reports Paladin Prime Corporation and EWTECHNERD LLC at 50% each. Later return disclosures and the unsigned reconciliation note differ. These are separately attributed reporting checkpoints, not an independently verified chain of title.

Service closure and dissolution are distinct

A December 2024 announcement and agent-resignation submission receipts document a service wind-down. A final-return designation and planning notes do not establish completed state dissolution. Accepted dissolution evidence remains pending.

The LP and corporation relationship

The founder describes conversion from an LP. A later drafting note denies formal conversion. Neither account is silently treated as a resolved legal conclusion; original LP, profit-sharing, formation, conversion or assignment instruments are needed.

Ownership-transfer source lead

RingCentral attachment metadata references an ownership-transfer PDF dated March 26, 2026 in the export. The contents, signatures and effective date have not been reviewed. This is a retrieval lead, not an executed-transfer finding.

Name on the record

This archive uses eVision Business Center as the display name. The legal name on the South Carolina Secretary of State record is E-VISION BUSINESS CENTER, Inc., and the tax returns read "E-VISION BUSINESS CENTER INC". The historical YouTube channel published as E-Business Center, and video citations keep that name as published. The related parent company is E-Vision Project Development Corp.
