Source records
Tax returns, agreements, receipts and other source documents belong to the parties who created or hold them. The archive publishes summaries, locators and citations only. Originals stay private (see Privacy).
Reviews and testimony
Retained review text remains the work of its authors and the platform where it appeared. The archive shows attributed paraphrases with source and date so readers can check the original.
Video and blog content
Videos stay on the original YouTube channel; the archive links to them and keeps thumbnails and metadata for reference. Recovered blog posts are preserved word for word as historical records of the former site.
Brand marks
The eVision Business Center logo belongs to E-Vision Business Center Inc. (legal name E-VISION BUSINESS CENTER, Inc.). The EWTECHNERD mark in the footer belongs to EWTECHNERD LLC and identifies the archive's engineer. Neither mark may be reused to imply endorsement.
