As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our services.
• Update us promptly if there are changes to your business or contact details.
• Comply with all state laws and regulations regarding Registered Agent and virtual office services.
• Pay all fees and invoices promptly, as specified in your agreement with us.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of services.

• Payments for services, including Davinci Virtual Office services, are due as outlined in the invoice provided.
• Accepted payment methods include checks and PayPal.
• Unpaid balances may result in additional fees, suspension of services, and/or referral to collections.

When using our Registered Agent services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• E-Vision Business Center serves as a point of contact for legal and state communications.
• It is your responsibility to respond to all legal and compliance notices forwarded by us.
• We reserve the right to resign as your Registered Agent for unpaid accounts or other violations of these Terms.

Through our partnership with Davinci Virtual Office Services, we offer:

• Professional virtual office addresses for business registration and correspondence.
• Mail handling and forwarding services.
• Virtual receptionist and phone answering services.
• Access to meeting rooms and coworking spaces at designated locations.

By using Davinci services through E-Vision Business Center, you agree to the terms and conditions of Davinci Virtual Office Services in addition to these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend services at our sole discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Fail to pay for services or maintain compliance with applicable laws.

Upon termination, it is your responsibility to:

• Designate a new Registered Agent immediately.
• File all necessary updates with the South Carolina Secretary of State or other regulatory authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Vision Business Center is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Missed deadlines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from your failure to act on notices forwarded by us.
• Issues related to Davinci Virtual Office Services, which are governed by their separate Terms of Service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific service in question.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless E-Vision Business Center, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of our services.
• Your failure to comply with applicable laws or these Terms.
• Actions taken by third parties based on your use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in South Carolina.

E-Vision Business Center reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of E-Vision Business Center and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.
